Don't know if this is a bug ( [:D][:D]) or if this will postpone the patch ( sorry if this is the case [&o][&o] ) but I've got a problem, and a big one for me :

see :

Image

The division ( i saw in my reinforcement had 303 squads, and when arriving on the theater, only 75 [X(] Can comeone explain this [&o][&o]

I didn't divided the unit, and my pool has enough squads ( more than 500 ) or support and so on .. also, I don't see any squad disabled [:(]

Thanks in advance [&o][&o][&o]

As you can see on the screenshot, the TOE is activated

But normally it has to have disabled squads ? no ? also, they don't have to be like that ( so poor in troops ) so early in the war, do they ?

thanks for your answers [&o][&o]

Hi, No new units don't have disable parts when they arrive. They might become disabled now they are on map. A new unit should be moved to a safe base that has surplus supply (so it can grow) and have objective set to this new base. When it reaches 100 the unit will begin to train and gain experiance.

This is a division is a reinforcement, most of which arrive understrength. This one is only 24% strength as you can see by the 24/24 on the top line.

So on the next turn I'll see the other squads missing disabled ?

Thanks

oh .. that's what the 24/24 mean ? But I saw units with more than 100/100 .. so is that possible ?

Ya, some units start over strength. Don't know if they can get overstrength any other way though.

But the fact is that I was asking because the unit doesn't have to be understrengh when arriving on the map !

see :

So .. is it still normal ???

Your snap shot doesn't show ANY disabled squads. As a reinforcement, it came on at 25% strength. What don't you understand?

In time, and with replacements it will grow to 303.[;)]

When an LCU is scheduled to arrive as a reinforcement, first thing that happens is it checks to see whether you have enough devices/squads or armaments/vehicle/manpower points in your pools to fill out the unit to full strength. If you have points available, the unit fills out to whatever extent it can, up to 100%. If you don't have the points, it arrives at 25% strength (free points!) and then will fill out (or not) per the normal replacement rules. This tells me your pools are low on armaments points, or manpower points, or both.

When the reinforcement divisions arrive on the map they are understrength, but have no DISABLED elements. Understand that Disabled has nothing to do with understrength. You can have a full strength unit with disabled elements, a partial strength unit with disabled elements, a full strength unit with no disabled units or a patial strngth unit with no disabled elements (the case you show). No problems, it is supposed to work this way, and furthermore, that is the way the real world worked.

Hi, T-34/85 is a T-34 tank with a 85mm gun rather then the earlier 75 or 76mm gun.

Thanks guys, I was just wondering why the assault value ( more than 300 ) wasn't a reality

Now I understand. Thanks to all of you for your answers [&o][&o]

hello mogami.. re-read my ?.. I know the t34/85 is not a t34.. why does the list give me multiple sets of these? like t34/85 145 and then t34/85 66 or again USMC sqaud 234
and again USMC sqaud 55 in the list below

they say exactly the same thing for the unit type but the amounts differ????

Hi

In devices there are 3 marine squads available on 1941, 1942 and 1943 what you are seeing are old squads probably 1941's and a newer squad 1942's

T34/85's should only see one as there is only one t34/85 in the database

Oh-ho... no T-34 with 75mm guns...you got them in 76.2mm L-11, 76.2mm F-34, 85mm D-5, 85mm ZiS-S-53 and a prototype with 100mm naval gun - plus all the odd post-war conversions.
