Ok, I'll probably get a chuckel or two for this being plainly obvious, but I can't seem to figure out how to replenish my supply points that are used up during tactical move. I've read through the manual, built supply units, factories and even left unsed factory and resource points alone for a few turns to see if the supply pool would build back up and it doesn't. What am I missing?

you have to build supplytrucks.

Yes, supply points are single use items. They represent the supplies themselves and not the transportation infrastructure used to move supplies.

Thanks shipmates. I was confused on the concept. The truck icon threw this old squid off. Damn, this realy brings home the importance of Germany's uboat campaign.
