it is similar to a BSG raptor, but the raptor has a twin tail and a couple larger thrusters just behind the vert stabs...hmm

ok. Here's the answer.
Its the human lifepod from Nexus: TJI. It is actually not very hard to convert ships over...
If anyone is interested in doing such a mod I can give you a procedure. I myself do not have time but one never knows...
