Can anyone give a rough ETA on when the first CHS game can be started? Are we looking at a week? A month? More?

It depends on the effect of V1.5 but I would estimate somewhere between your two bounds - more than a week but less than a month.

LOL This all depends on my internet situation. First I'll probably be changing providers for here. Then, with my very possible move to Greece, I'll have to find internet etc there. May be a few delay of games in the future.[:(]
