Chance of mud october to december 41

Hi to all![:)]
Just had a quick question on how many mud turns people are getting directly after clear weather finishes in 41 my opponent thinks there is rarely more than one but I have experienced several. Also I remember ages ago there was some stats on the % chance of weather in given months/year does anyone remember this or know where this info is?
