USN damage control on
FOW ON
Weather ON
Historical first turn OFF
Vary setup OFF
7 Surprise ON

Upgrades Air/Facility OFF
Supply ON

1 day turns

Only PH port attack on first turn
Allied can not form new TF on first turn but can move the ones at see or at bases
