LCU follow unit - broken

I´ve noticed that my LCUs with follow unit don´t move! Had a leading LCU in China travel 2 hexes and the following LCUs just DIDN´T follow. In the LCU screen: following 6th division, distance travelled 0!!! 6 th division already 2 hexes away and beaten up by Chinese. With 1.4 the following units came 1 or 2 days late, with 1.5 they never come. All with same fatigue, disruption,... Everything should just be fine.

Are there enemy controlled or disputed hexes in the path to destination? Unless a unit has destination set as a friendly BASE hex, they won't move...not even follow.

No everything is just fine. Since 1.4 the follow unit order is just broken. I just use it anymore.

bump! No one who can confirm this? Tried it several times now, but follo unit doesn´t work for me.

Can someone explain the procedure for moving a stack of units so that they arrive in hex at same time. I thought the idea was to pick the unit with most fatigue (slowest) and then set all other units to follow.
However when I try with version 1.5 the units with follow orders don't moves at all. Only the original unit with destination set moves. It finds itself all alone in destination hex and the fothcoming shock attack sends it retreating back. So follow all is quite important facilty for China

This is a little confusing. You select the LCU that you want the others to follow, you give that LCU movement orders, and then, still on the information screen for that same LCU, you click "set all units to follow". You should now be able to see the movement orders for the other LCUs in the hex by looking at their info screens. If there are LCUs in the hex that you do not want to follow the first one, you can now give them different orders individually.
They still will not all arrive together though. At least, I can't make them do it!

I figured that much. I set one unit (slowest) to destination. Then follow all to geive other units follow order. Then I individually select the units which are to remain behind and give them a defend order.
My memory of earlier patch versions was that the following units would follow. However I was playing with 1.5 over weekend and this time the following units would not move at all. The first unit with destination set would travel to destination hex. The units with follow order would remain in origianl hex and show distance traveled as zero. Has anybody else noticed this. Seems something is wrong.
