Was just wondering about your opinions about the current resource values of Iraq and Saudi-Arabia. If conquered, do you feel that the current levels (2 for Iraq, 1 for Saudi-Arabia) correctly represent the amount of oil the conqueror could have exploited at the time, or should they be more valuable?

It wasnt until 1960ish that the Saudi's (under OPEC) began to become a major exporter of oil. I think, even though the resources are there theoretically, the infrastructure was not. I dont think it could realistically be utilized to a higher value in the time frame of the game.
