Need help from Matrix

My profile settings will not allow me to change my email address to the proper one because I used it on an old registration. Can you do something about this? (Incidentally, that old registration is either no longer working or I have forgotten the information to go in an change it that way - can't get there from here.) My proper registration is as "Warrior," and my email address should be
bird_guy@bellsouth.net. Thanks.

I also have been unable to edit my profile and despitse several attempts to contact support about this have got nowhere.... does the forum actually have anyone on support?
