Japanese opponent wanted for scen #13 (it's the campaign that starts on may 1st 1942)

I'd like the following settings although they can be negotiated.

Extremely variable reinforcements.
Both sub doctrines off.
Variable upgrade paths locked.

House rules: no transfer of units out of china or manchuria without paying the PP costs.
No night attacks on airfields or ports by more than 27 aircraft for the japs, 24 for the allies.
