Taking a look at the ScenMaker comparing the different weapons values i came to the description of the "Mauser KAR 98", and in the reliability field with a number of 0.00488 that seemed too low.

After comparing with the rest of weapons, almost all of then, have values in the 1.00488 figure and some few in the range 0.90-0.80.

So my question , is this a bug or the intended value for the Kar 98.

It's a bug. Well spotted. It's a rounding error in the display. I'll fix this for COTA.

On second thoughts, I think the Mauser KAR 98 was on Bil's list to check.
