Stop the supertanks.

Please nerf the supertanks. They are making all other land units irrelevant. Highly researched tanks should either cost more to produce or else have their production delayed by 1 cycle for every point over world standard. The current game has devolved into nothing but a tank race. No other strategies are viable against an opponent who knows how to exploit this. I'd like to see tanks capped at 9 9 and/or a limit on their numbers. It is also ahistorical that WA can quickly research their tanks up to 10 10 and then spit out at least 30 of them, putting them ahead of even Germany.

Agree. Tanks seem to be the opisit of Subs.
It's very easy to get Tanks up to 9/9 (making air attack hopeless) while at the same time Subs (at least German) can't last one round against Transports.

We have lowered the evasion baseline world standard for tanks in the next patch to 7. There are several other changes in the next patch, but this has the biggest impact on the super tanks. You can still make them, but it will cost you a lot more.
As for subs, you need to research their evasion to 3 to make them very survivable vs. transports. We consider this something that a typical German player will make a priority from turn 1, thus gaining this capability by 1941. Of course we expect that Allied ASW research (several platforms) is mandatory unless playing with Fog of War off and then only if you see the Germans aren't researching their subs. There are counters for most things in this game and sub vs ASW is one of them. The super tanks do seem to be a bigger problem in the current game.

Maybe adding 1 armour to subs would fix the balance?
