Where is the Patch for 8.3 ???

[&:] Anyone one know where the patch for 8.3. I've just got done redownloadin and uploading 8.2 I've been Playing a few campaigns and scenerios. I think I'm ready to go back on-line and pursue my World Conquest. As long as Jadpanther does'nt get in the way [&o] LOL....

Well I've got more avialable access to the internet now. I'm getting ready for my online game opponents agian. It's been atleast 9 months since I've played. I need to get with you about my account, my email address have all changed. Most of them before I could update all my Game site accounts. talk at you later.......
