Not having the game in front of me, I have a few queries on frozen areas; perhaps someone can enlighten me?

1. Do frozen areas contribute their resources to their side? Example, does Germany benefit from the resources in Vichy France?

2. Does Free Trade flow through frozen areas?

3. Where does FT stack up? If the UK does not have a transport line to Africa, what happens to FT generated in an African country (I believe there is one in the centre of the continent)?

2) Yes
3) If no free trade occurs with a given player, then it stays in that neutrals resource pool and the next player gets a crack at it.
