Experienced Japanese player required for CHS

I would like to play the CHS full scenario as Allies. One turn per day would be the target. By "full" scenario I mean scenario 155 with Andrew Brown's map including the Middle East/Panama bits.
House Rules:-
Sub Doctrines - both Off
Allied Damage Control - On
Historical 1st Turn - at Japanese player's discretion
Dec 7th Surprise - On
Player-defined Upgrades - On
If non-historical 1st turn is chosen I will give no orders. However, I would expect the Japanese player not to come looking for my CVs at their known positions ...
More House Rules:-
No HQ changes until 1st Jan 1942
For Japan, no land units assigned to Kwantung Area Army to be moved to China.
For Allies, no land units assigned to China Command to be moved to Burma.
No Japanese surface ships adjacent to the "grey areas" around Middle East/Panama - i.e no moving " up the channels" except by subs.
No Allied air units to be air transferred out of Middle East/Panama - they all have to go by sea.
If you're interested please email me at cruft@sprandom.com. I am open to additional house rules but those stated above are non-negotiable.
