World at War Questions and Observations

Steep learning curve for this game. You can attack ships in an adjacent sea zone with carrier based air which means that your carriers will not suffer any damage. However you can also move in to a sea zone with carriers and attack. When you move carriers in to a enemy occupied sea zone I assume that the air attached to the carriers automatically attack? Also by moving in to the zone with the carriers I also assume that they can suffer damage from potential surface combat?
We have the FOW option on but I think I can see all Axis units. For example I don't have any air within two of Japan but I can see the number and the type of units my opponent has in Japan. Is this a bug?
We are playing with advanced supply and auto supply. Rule 10.1 says that there must be a path to the supply source. Is the supply source the area where supply has been produced? It also indicates that you can move supply manually using these two options but I haven't seen any supply trucks on the map to move.
Can resources be moved strategically, and if so what is the procedure?
Anyway, we are having fun trying to figure this game out, kind of grows on you.
