During my first turn i conquer the Netherlands, then move my panzers through this region to Western France. They move 2 regions. Later on in the game, it seems that i can't do that anymore. Why ?

Armour cannot move two spaces through or into "rough" areas.[;)]

Could be a couple of reasons:
#1 You need 2 supply to move 2 Regions, so if you don't have enough supply they won't go
#2 If the second region (or perhaps the first) you're trying to enter is Rough terrain then you can't 'blitz' it. You can only move 1 region through rough.
#3 I doubt this is the problem, but you may be crossing a double-line border, which takes both a tank's movement points.
Hope that helps!

I guess you try to attack in both areas.....

The rule: Each unit can make only one attack per turn.

Netherlands: You attack with, say, 6 inf, 5 art, all armor. After your art and inf have fired, alle defenders are dead. As the armor have not actually fired, they can take out wester france.

Russia: You make an attack vs a big stack. All your units fire, including the tanks, so the tanks cannot take a second area.

Tip: Dont include the tanks in the first attack if you really want the area behind. Instead, move them through after the inf/art have cleared the first area.
