im having a problem with resource points in scotland and england at a certain point of the game.im getting zero resource points for both at around 1944 and after.I am connected to all the resources in africa or at least as far as south africa with a ship link to england and plus there own inheritant resources and still getting a reading like this 44/0 for resources. i have factory points but cant understand why im getting no resources to spend?[:@]
