I have noticed that for the last few days there have been fewer posts than usual. Where are all you guys?????

sorry...not that I add much...but vac time...wife has me doing all kinds of "important" stuff...no time to even test the new beta patches of MC...I'm sure everyone will be back soon....remember...kids start school now...all that stuff too.

You know, there are times when even the most glorious battles have to wait until after a few good rounds of beach volleyball and a nice splash and eventually a summernight BBQ. <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="cool.gif" border="0">

August is the traditional "travel to Walley World" time for our Euro Bros. End of the summer exercise season for the military types. So, I imagine it'll pick up again in a couple weeks...
Tom, understand D-land is actually having a Summer this year?

Grumble, Tom and Huffy I think you all have valid points. But I do beleive we are all back in full force today. Game, Game, Game. That's all I do-that's also why my wife is threatning divorce. Which is fine as long as I get to keep my cool 'puter and SPWAW, and the tv of course. see ya, dodya

At least I'm contently playing all spare time I can get. Just found the fast artillery on/off button. Can't get enough, now when it's off. Beatiful sound.
So Parusski, your wife threatens with divorce. So do mine. And last week she put the whole game in the "trash can" but didn't empty the trash, THIS TIME. (so it might be a NEXT time.) Then I promised to be nice, and was allowed to get it back. Life is sooo dangerous. <img src="tongue.gif" border="0">

Back when you needed a CD to play SP my young son used to hide it to keep me off of the computer. Thank goodness for SPWaW!

Well, thank god I have a backup on the cd of 6.1 if she gets really nasty. <img src="wink.gif" border="0"> But then all my savegames would be lost. <img src="frown.gif" border="0">
Why is the whole WORLD trying to keep us from playing SPWAW? <img src="mad.gif" border="0">
Or maybe the obstacles sometimes are a bit smaller anyway. One should buy a platoon of engineers to "remove obstacles in front of unit" every time one wants to play SPWAW!!!

Summer is not only the time of training exercises for us military-types, but also the time of year for the mass moves (aka "PCS season"). So you bust your a-- trying to square everything away in your old job, then arrive at your new post and bust your a-- proving to your new boss that you're not some slacker that's out to get his ticket punched...
