I bought my game in the boxed version because I wanted the printed manual - wiaitng several days after I could have downloaded the game for my box and manual to arrive. The manual itself is not as impressive as I'd hoped but its also not terrible - I'd give it a C as most games go. However, the Index in the back of the manual is uselss - all the page numbers are wrong - and they are not wrong by a page or two - they are really wrong! Can you guys please provide a pdf file with a usable index that prints to the size of the printed manual so I can print it out and tape it inside?

Any chance of a fix? Anyone besides me care? [:'(]

I noticed it too, but really there isn't too much that can be done to fix it now.
Sending out a PDF with a proper index would be nice...
Flogging the person from the print shop responsible for this painfully obvious error sounds cool...
A 20% refund for all game purchasers might not be unrealistic ...
