How can I get extra infrastructure repair points ? how does it work ? and what does generate them ?

To repair infrastructure requires supply points. 5 supply points per level of repair. So, to repair a destroyed factory requires 5 supply points to take it up to damaged status, and 5 more to take it to 100% usable.

Each supply unit (the trucks) you buy provides you with 5 supply points. If you're having to deal with a lot of damaged infrastructure, you'll need to buy a *lot* of supply units to handle all the repairs. For example, if Germany captures Western France and wants to completely repair all infrastructure (3 factories, 2 rail units and 1 resource), Germany will need 60 supply points--to replace those supply points Germany will need to purchase 12 supply units.
