I have a 2 carrier fleet a surface fkeet aind a trandsport fleet sitting 2 hex's from with quad. with one fighter squad from each carrier assignd to cover the airfield on Quad. the rest od the air groups are on navel search. The search froin the carriers finds small transport fleets one hex away but will not bomb thenm or surface ingage them or carry out the long range cap at quad. It is feb 42 so whatr am I doing wrong here? Could it be leadership?
