What triggers entry in war of SU ?
Because I was playing as Axis and suddently, in 1943, SU declared war without any apparent reason.

To be more exact, GErmany (and other axis) declared war to SU !!! but I didn't want to declare war !!! it was a putch ! lol

Any explaination ?

Both the US and the CCCP declare war on the Axis automatically in the Winter 1943 turn regardless of any provation. In other words, they do not remain neutral the whole game if the Axis or Japan do not attack them.

See the mod section on how to fix this historical insanity.

Without auto-entry the Axis could theortically always draw the allies at the very least.

Actually, unless you play with no-end-date, in which case, england would probably be able to eventually take out both Germany and Japan alone (assuming the x4 US production from 43 would still happen and could be used for research, and assuming england was not knocked out in the early game).

Of course, taking out japan for england is pretty hard until all those assets in the pacific is unfrozen......
