Lanchow northern border with Mongolia. Displays as a single move border but seems to be a double.

My zero is in Irkutsk with 3 moves. It can cross over Mongolia (Irkutsk-Mongolian border is a 2-move) to Yumen and Poatao. It can't make Sinkiang, as the Mongolian-Sinkiang border is a 2-move.

All good so far. However, I can't get to Lanchow either, despite the border with Mongolia looking like Yumen and Paotao and not Sinkiang.

I've confirmed by travelling the other way with a heavy bomber.

That's a data bug. Thanks for reporting it, we'll fix it in the next patch so it will be a 1MP border as it should be.

how do we mod this ourselves for the time being?

In the regions40.txt file change the movecost of region 167 to 1 (currently its 2).
