Please give it another try now and let me know - I just spoke with the DR folks and this may have been a caching issue while the cache was clearing (in other words, you hit the wrong minute precisely). If you still have the download page up, just click on Begin HTTP Download again, if not go to www.findmyorder.com please.

I've just completed a test order and am downloading the 254Mb installer without any issues. Please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com if your download issue continues.

Just completed the download, installed just fine, so I'm guessing you just happened to hit the right moment while the store cache was clearing and the game was going online. Honestly, when I went to check on your report I didn't even see it in the store yet and had to go to the uncached version, so you are becoming quite an expert at being the first to download our new releases! [8D]

Please give it another try per my instructions above and let me know if it works for you now.

Same thing...i sent you an e-mail.

A second test order for me worked fine - doing it as a customer would and charging it to my credit card. I'm hoping your order wasn't messed up by your timing. If so, I'll try to get it fixed tonight but you may have to wait until the morning. Per my tests, though, every order from now on (and from the point of the official announcement on) should be working fine. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Just logged in with your account at www.findmyorder.com using the info you sent me, went to your BII order and was able to restart the download just fine, with the right full installer file. Let me know if any of the things I suggest in the e-mail help. Thanks.
