Torpedo resupply and naval bloccade

A few questions on the usage of subs in a naval bloccade

I have 3 subs lying in one seazone and they have all ran out of torpedoes. First I tried to run them into a port to resupply and bring them back to their original place because they are part of a naval bloccade. That didnt work because the movement system wouldnt let me.

1 Is there any way to do this with the interface?

At first they had to move somewhere and go back because I didnt have supply in the adjacent zone.

Now i own the adjacent zone and found out with help from the forum from another posting (thanks Mike) how to resupply them without bringing them back to port, so I am now pressing the resupply button to get new torpedoes. This appears to work OK.

Problem is after I attack with the first one, the other ones also get the status that they have already shot this turn.

2 Is this intentional or a bug?

3 How many times would my subs shoot at ships trying to sneak out of the port I am blocking and does it matter if the subs still have torpedoes or not?

There is a "quirk" in the movement system that sometimes "forces" you to move elsewhere before you move where you want to go. A way to avoid "take move back" would be nice!
I've tried clicking all over my subs, but never seem to re-supply their torpeodos no matter what. When I move them, they get their new torpedos though. Also, many times I want to send them out with 1 torpedo, rather than spend a supply point bringing it up to 2. Is there any way to do this? I never play with Auto or Area supply btw.
And the "mystery re-supply" of torpedos contiues, occasionally, I thought the patch was supposed to fix it?
AND sometimes when attacked, it uses up a torpedo in defense, that not fair! lol! Is that intentional or another 'quirk'.

I have been testing the thing with the empty subs a few times now and found that if i move them out of the area, they get new torpedoes and show that they will attack with percentages of success. However as soon as the first one has fired, they all get a status to suggest they have fired, even though only the first one actually did.

Also it seems that if i move a neighbouring sub to attack enemy ships, after the combat has completed they also show the marker to say they have already shot this turn.
