Bug? Campaign 2, Scenario 14

This is the "X-Space Interlude" scenario in the Episode 2 "Enter the Klaa'Keen" campaign. I suspect victory condition two needs an added line.

When I finish scenario 13 I get the intro screen for 14, telling me the Outies have fled to another universe. When I click on the intro screen to start the scenario, I'm greeted with the victory screen and taken to the start of scenario 15.

I used the editor to check the scripting for this scenario and compared it to that for the 1.3alpha3 version. Victory Condition 2 is different in the two versions. I suspect the 1.41 version needs an added "Outies Established True" condition (and you might want to consider another patch).

My real question, however, is whether any changes I make to campaign scenarios using the editor are effective on scenario start or whether I need to make changes with the editor and then restart the campaign from the beginning to have the changes take effect.

I tried exiting RFTS, editing scenario 14, restarting the computer, and loading a saved position prior to the end of scenario 13. That didn't solve the problem. It's quite possible that either I've done something wrong when I used the editor or my analysis of the problem is incorrect.

Either way, I can't seem to play this scenario. Can anyone provide any assistance?

Update -- Just used the editor again to change Victory Condition Two, saved the file, returned to a previous save position and then ended scenario 13.

Apparently whatever I did this time worked. The intro screen is gone and my Incursion fleet is awaiting my orders. Have to go, universes to conquer you know.
