Here's another "Attacker Gets The Bonus" bug example.
Replay the Japanese move, note the combat in China. The Japanese troops are getting +2 Evasion! They're fighting generated Militia, mostly, which should automatically be in supply.

the file still has your password on it. I've never figured out how you're supposed to strip that off to share with others. can you post a screenshoot perhaps?

I suppose I shouldn't need it though, since those we my japanese troops. I never really looked at the results though since it went heavily in my favor.

I wasn't aware that militia were generated "in supply"? would they better out of supply presumably explain the increased evasion? I don't think they were surrounded, I believe the coast province was still open to retreat.

perhaps it was the air attack prior to the land attack giving a hit and thus causing them to give an evasion bonus to the japanese?

It seems that Militia are quite useless after an air attack, lol! Same darn thing happened in another game, not in China though.

I need your password to check out the save. Keith can get by without a password, but I can't test your save without one. If you no longer think this is a bug you can ignore this.
