HI Guys

I have my HTTR still installed on my machine...but I need to reinstall it sometime in the next couple of weeks.
I have misplaced my serial #. I bought it when it first came out. Is there anything I can do to prove I am the original owner of my copy and get my serial number again?

Please go to www.findmyorder.com - if you have the order number or your order e-mail and CC# you can retrieve your serial number for all ordered games at any time. Alternately, if you registered in our Members' Area, you can retrieve it there.

Unfortunately its been some time for my email.........I have reloaded outlook express. I have reinstalled HTTR about 8-9 months ago but misplaced my print out of my email.

What is the members area and how do I access it. There is a member login for the site and a listing of Members but not sure how it works?

Ok goto store.

Goto order status.

Either put in your email and password

OR

email and last five digits of your credit card.

You will find your previous orders.

You will now have your order number. This will help get your serial number back.

Problem Its quite some time ago that I ordered the product. I have reloaded my machine...

I have several credit cards I use on a regular basis..........I do not recall a couple of years ago (has it been that long?) which one I used. I do not have an order # as this was in my email correct. I hae reloaded my machine twice over.

A friend mentioned their is a program from Matrix to extract my Serial # from my copy on my machine presently?
