I know of Raw Deal and Campaign 1939. Is there more? What are the best ones? And do they come with good intructions like Raw Deal did?

I think it would be a good idea to have a list of the compleated and worthy mods in one place. Make it a sticky or something and place it right at the top of the thread list so newcomers don't have to search through pages of posts to find homebrew mods.

Also, it would be a neat idea to have a poll included in that post that would show players ratings for the mod. A 1-5 star system or 1-10 number system to rank it.

1.040 patch should be out real soon. I plan to update Raw Deal for 1.040 when it happens and start working on completely new mod (working title Hard Road Ahead) starting in January 1939 and giving complete freedom to all sides. It will be hard to achieve both realism and gameplay balance but I'll try.
