How do I Transfer C-47 Dakotas from the West Coast bases into the Pacific bases?

Once you have reassigned the C-47s from West Coast Command to a Pacific Command you will be able to load them on ships for transport.

You use up Political Points (PPs) to do this. Be sure you do NOT assign them to another restricted command (such as Canadian Command, Australian Command, ABDA, USAFFE, New Zealand Command, etc.) or you will be sorely disappointed and out your PPs. Assign them to Central Pacific, So. Pac., SW Pac, No Pac, or SE Asia...

I've changed assignment, but I now can't get them to load on a ship. What do I need to do?

You can crate them into AK's, click load troops, dunno about any others (still new)

You need to have them as a transport task force. There is a bug: stuff won't load unless OPS = 0.

Load 1 group at a time. Then combine your TFs.

Set DO NOT UNLOAD on your TF.

So, you have your Transport TF docked (only need 1 ship per group), not having used any OPS point. You clik "load only troops" - select the group you want to load. It should load immediately and show on the ships manifest. If it doesn't, try forming a new Transport TF and transfer the same ship into the new TF (sometimes this is necessary).
