Just wondering what is taking so long with my order. I paid it over month ago and got following confirmation through e-mail:

Thank you for placing your order with us on 03-MAY-05. Your payment
has been received and processed and
your order has been forwarded to the fulfillment department.

But in customer service page it says:

Code: Select all

Qty Product  Tracking Number   Serial Number Special Instructions 
 1 Starshatter Pending Shipment None   NEVER post a serial number, thanks None

Has game sold so well that there is no CD left for me? Or does my copy go through milo so he can write his signature on it (in this case I can wait another month)? I just want to know what is going on [&:]

Matti,

Please NEVER post your serial number publicly. If someone sees it and uses it for other purposes, we are forced to block it which leads to inconvenienc for you and problems for us.

Please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order number and I will look into this personally. Thanks.
