All is "warm and fuzzy" again...

Hi guys..As many of you know,I am a true fan of both WITP and CHS.Recently,I updated to WITP 1.6(having found no problems with beta 1.57),and I also upgraded to CHS 1.0(the newest version..)
While WITP 1.6 states it has adopted some of Andrew Brown's info and should present "no problems",I have encountered some strange "new and apparently undocumented features" which I did not need..
Did not know where to report them, but the last time I reported a problem on the "stock" WITP forum,I was told basically that my info was not needed as my version was the altered CHS version. That said, here are my (known) problems..
American PBY's assigned to Central Pacific at Midway OR Pearl will only transfer by air to Sydney Island,Umnak Island,or Dutch Harbor..PERIOD...
Trying to assign a ship with troops or cargo to Rangoon is like pulling teeth, and 80% of the time attempts made will get an error message that you can not move ships overland !.(You must be real careful to put the cursor at the very bottom tip of the Rangoon hex to get it to "take"..)
Assigning Rangoon as a ships' homebase however is not a problem,so it's apparently not a map issue, per se..
I have also noticed you can no longer move land units by ship from one "Southeast Asia" point to another, with some units, but recently arriving Southeast Asia units (like the 18th UK Div at Karachi) do not have this problem.(Apparently it only affects units already on the map when the game begins ??)
Units assigned to the Indian Command are annoying,(but historical),I just don't recall their reluctance to board troopships !!!(One is now forced to "purchase them" or TRY to move them overland !!!!!)
Oh,yes, that's one of the OTHER undocumented *features*..You as the commander no longer have the freedom to always assign LCU's to move as an error message may pop up telling you the unit cannot trace a line of supply from A to B..(VERY ANNOYING and this has halted my troop movement from Bombay to Diamond Harbor by land, with nary a Jap provocatuer in sight!!!!!!)Why would I march them that far????..Because you have to pay to put them on a ship literally at their feet!...............[:@]
