Last question of the evening...I promise![;)] Is Gibraltor a "son of a gun" for the Spainish or British to take? Are there any penalties for or against the French to have this fort/area other than glory? Last one tonight...I promise. Arditi

I haven't actually tried it so I don't know the answer. I'm sure one of the developers or testers has done it though and will respond tonight or tomorrow.

I have played Spain in a few games and Gibraltar doesnt seem any more difficult to take than most other provinces per se. It is a port though, and unless you blockade it, it can take a LONG time to force it to capitulate. Trying to blockade it is problematic to say the least if the Brits are interested in stopping you...

It has a high level of guns/walls relative to other provinces, but we haven't made a special Gibraltar-is-tough-to-besiege rule.
