A 'Nice To Have' thread

First, props on a game very well done. I'll try and list a couple of things, that would make it even better, in my view.

1. A consolidated losses per turn report - just like the one you can call up in the units view, just to see in the end of a turn how much was destroyed/damaged.

2. A filter for the map for unit types, the one for supplies is invaluable, but I find it a bit hard to keep track of all my combat units by type. It would be even better if it was available for both strategic and world maps.

3. Undoing repairs of infrastructure, or an option to disable the on-map repairs by right clicking. I've repaired some infrastructure that I wasn't meaning to because I was moving the mouse around too fast on the strategic map and misclicked.

I'm sure others have other views and ideas.

Good thoughts here!

I agree totally.

I would love to be able to filter units like we do supply.

Being able to see your total losses and the start of the next turn would be VERY helpful indeed.

yes please. Seconded.

Also, _please_ allow repair of infrastructure to be capable of specifying where the expended supplies come from, exactly like you can do for units. It is very frustrating to build up a huge stack of supplies exactly where you need it, only to have it unnecessarily whittled away in repairing nearby infrastructure.

I've started hacking around this problem by first moving supplies away from where I want it, so they are no longer adjacent to the damaged infra, then doing the repair using supplies from elsewhere, then undoing the original supply move. Very awkward and error prone.

Also, is it just me or does specifying the supply source not work for sea zones? Whenever I try to specify supply to come from a sea zone (a loaded transport), I get the little message "click to supply from blah blah", but it simply does not work. I believe that this is a bug.

Yes, it would be nice if you could add an information box at the start of each turn which shows your total losses of the past turn and, (if fog of far is of) the total losses of your enemies.

Edit: Oh, an Editor would be great, too. [:)]
