cannot launch game

have just down loaded the digital version of korsun pocket and installed
upon launching a black screen appears with a coloured cursor on the screen

can move the cursor around
screen stays the same and does not change, have left it for 5mins or so to allow time to load but still remains same
any ideas

PC set up is 2ghz semporon 1gb memory 128mb graphcs card windows xp

Please make sure your video/sound drivers are up to date. If you could send through a dxdiag file (the details on how to create should be at the top of the support forum) through to support@ssg.com.au.

Check the refresh rate on your monitor. I changed mine from 65 to 85 Herz. It cleared up a all of my problems ?????? Just a thought....

how long does in generally take to get reply back is their anywhere else i can go o get help

still cant get to run

would matrix games refund me my £20 or is that not possible...

ssg website managed to get it working they sent me a small download to stop the videos launching which was causing the lock up..

Thanks for the response JSS. I went ahead and emailed support @ ssg right after I posted here. Haven't heard from them yet.
