OK, I need help

I ordered the game and started downloading it. The kps kept getting less and less. Everytime I looked at the download window it was going to take longer. Finally, more than halfway through, it cut out. I started the download again. It wouldn't resume and wanted to start over. I started a new download and got about 9 meg before it cut out. So I installed getright and tried that. It was so slow the download would have taken two full days. So I uninstalled getright and had to reboot. Then I couldn't get back to my order page to try a download again. This is very frustrating.
How do I get to where I can download and how can I get a speed to get it in a reasonable amount of time without cutting out?

having the same problems. i think there is something wrong on Digital Rivers end. and it being the weekend and the fourth of july we are screwed until tuesday.... [:@]

There's no problem on the DR side as far as I know, but there may be other problems on the internet or at any given ISP. Try re-downloading via
www.findmyorder.com using a free download resume utility like
www.stardownloader.com.

Finally got the game after a 20 hour download using the star program. I felt like I was on dialup again. Anyway it's done.
Looked at the manual and tutorial to see about printing them. After reading all the whining on the other thread I was surprised to find both are relatively small and won't be a problem. Looking forward to playing tomorrow.
