Error 819 after 1.3 patch

Hi,
After a long break, I've tried to reinstall and update WITP. Game is running fine after install, and after 1.2 and 1.21 patches.
However, I've a 819 error when the game is loading after installing 1.3 patch. Since I've only dial-up connection, I would prefer to avoid to download again the full game, or the comprehensive 1.3 patch. Is there a simple solution ?
My spec :
Athlon 1800
512 M Ram
Win 2000
Gforce 440 MX

If this can be of any help, I have an error 771 when trying to launch the game under Win98 (still have both OS installed on my computer).

computer expired. Needed full recovery from scratch, even have to reinstall XP SP 2 again[:(]. I am also getting the 771 error. I have two installs a v1.6 and a v1.602. Could you work your magic for me.

I have just transferred the game to my new laptop and am now getting a 771 error - whats the fix?

Hi Mantill,
That did the trick - was scared I would have to do a full reinstall which when a fully modded version (Andrews map, artwork etc) I was approaching with trepidation!!!
