Looks Danish, so that would probably make it an M1937 37mm anti-tank gun, minus its gun shield. Bofors type, made under license in Denmark; I'm going by the shape of the steel helmets in ID'ing it as Danish.

I have no idea, but it sort of looks like a melted German WWI Stahlhelm, doesn't it? [:)]

I think the field piece is a Brixa borrowed from the Italians and I believe the helmets are Rumanian ?? { look like molded hospital bedpans.} RT

47/32 mod.35 AT gun produced by Bohler(Austria), and licensed in many countries (biggest producer under license being Italy; see the pic below, for Italians manning the same stuff).

As for the soldiers I would go with Rumanians, maybe in Russia.
