Consideration upon YUGO BUG

Hi guys,are u sure that Yugo Bug depends on the computer used and not on the CD?'cause i tried to install my MCDF cd on another pc,with different hardwares(Matrox instead of Ati,128 ram instead of 64,...etc)but it still presents the same problems:Yugo bug or it goes out to the menu after the first battle.
Any ideas?
