I the first game we lost the austrian player we need one

The Austrian player don't play the first move yet and I can send the file of the move as son as I havr the new AUSTRIAN PLAYER

Hey I am willing to play Austria. I am an experienced
wargamer but new to this one. I figure I cannot do worse that Austria
historically.
But I need to know: How are battles deceieded in PBM
