To put it simply i can not acess the pdf file. My comp for some reason cannot read pdfs wheter due to a corupted program or virus(i have plenty of those). But i am able to read pdfs though googles -view as html- option. Could someone inform me how to convert pdfs or could you kindly upload it somewhere as an html file?

Just redownload Adobe Reader. You will be fine then.
