Eric, a simple yes or no, can you incorporate a save feature in the middle of a Tact battle. I find them most enjoyable, but twice I had quit the before I finished them most annoying when you invest considerable time in them . Last night was a good example, a battle in Flanders, I had 69000 brits my Prussian ally 80,000 vs 160/180,000 frogs, early in the battle, lots of the Prussian divisions broke, leaving the bulk of the work on the Brits shoulders, just I was making inroads into the battle, and invested a fair amount of sleep time in it I had to quit the game. I really like the tact side of this game, but its disapointing that a save battle has not been incorporated. I would probably lose a fair amount interest if this feature can't be added.

Quite a few people have requested this so let's hope it is incorporated into a future patch.....

Pleased to announce the first successful tests of the save/restore in detailed battle function. I've got to run some more tests, add some front-end, get it to the beta testers. Hopefully we'll get a special patch with this soon.

Also may have resolved the alt-tab issues we were having on some machines.
