Found out the HARD way

playing the 1792 as France

have won a number of wars, and more get started every month it seems

but now at war with most of the world, but am waiting on Aus to fall, there morale has been in the high (low ?) 950s for about 5 months now

finally they give up, and I got around 250 Turks, 150 Spanish and 100 English trying to hit France

of course, with a decent size home army I am winning each battle as it comes along, and now should have some 200 more troops I can bring home from Aus (or send into Turk)

so, for the surrender, I decide I dont want alot of land, so I take all of his Army !
I end up with over 200 Aus troops, Prauge and take the rest in money

Aug agrees and next turn I go looking for my new shock troops (they gonna lead the charge into Spain, they live, great, they die, oh well)

not only did some of the Armies, drop off troops that they had had in them, they all are inside of Aus now, and I can't get them out !!!!!

so learn the HARD way, or off of others who found out, add in a clause for Free passage if you take troops as part of the settlement (should be auto)

Doesn't the option to violate neutrality show up when you right click on the country they are in? If so, then you should, atleast in theory, be able to move them out.

didn't think about that side of it, I just went and forced a treaty on them to let me have free passage

but still, the AI stripped most of it troops out of the Armies I had agreed to, and two of the Armies wouldn't change sides (they were the 2 Polish Armies)
