I recieve this error when exiting CoG, I get the standard windows error sound/window, and the game crashes to the desktop.

"plato MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Anyone know how i can fix this, thanks

Yes, I get this problem as well. It happens when I close the game by clicking "Exit" directly instead of "End Game" (or what it says) and then exit from the main screen.

I've experienced the same error. There'e a thread about it
