exploit: know what your enemy plans to do

It is possible to view the (not yet executed !) orders given by the Nations who already did their 'thinking' in the current turn under the 'orders' button in diplomacy - country relations - country details.

You can also see this for some countries although not all when playing the AI.
Guess this needs to be looked at for pbem. I wonder if it will also work for tcp/ip.
