there is not a lot of clues in the photo
my thoughts were Westland Wapati's, but the engine is wrong

Well, the Wapiti did have something like 5 different powerplants in it's different production models...

all the pics i found of the Wapati had fewer cylinders than your pic
so i will guess... it is a Westland Wapati !
