Soldiers refused foraging

A game I played a day ago puzzled me. I played Britain, I landed two armies on Brittany, one of which I ordered to forage on disembarking. However, the reports in the following turns showed all the divisions of the foraging army still drew on supplies and ate into my monetary and food stockpiles (report posted "supplied" alongside with those divisions; development screen indicated the same larger food requirement regardless of how many divisions to order to forage). I tried then to send foraging orders on a division-by-division basis and it made no difference.

Yup. Its a bug. Apparently at the moment if they can draw paid supply they will. This used to work, but fixing something else obviously broke it, and we testers didn't notice until after the product shipped. Sorry.

You are feeling (~,~)"...... think how your PBI feel knowing that their mates in the other unit are getting supplied by the QM and not having to raid french hen coops for their suppers! [;)]

Actually, joking aside and having given it a bit more thought, if one unit were in supply wouldn't the foraging unit end up foraging in the fully stocked QM stores of the first unit? My outfit would have done (did!) down in the S Atlantic..... HQ boys always had plenty of bog roll!!
