Labour allocation doesn't lock in single player mode

Locking labour allocation doesn't work in single player, but seems to be fine for PBEM...

I should be more specific. as I set each labour allocation I lock it, the last one to be set I generally try to use up to the logical point (where the resource ticks over one) of the unallocated labour, but in single play that means that if I try to drag the bar over, it keeps going (even with every other bar locked) and takes from the "locked" labour areas. This does not happen when in PBEM.

a) I see no difference in this behaviour between PBEM and single player (both of which I do a lot of). If you do, there is a bug and I wanna find it! Gimme screenshots!

b) If the resource you are dragging in is 'locked' as well, then it takes from the other locked sliders. Maybe that is a bug, but I am so used to it, I certainly have never reported it as such. Make sure the one you want to do last is unlocked (no red border) and you should see what you are expecting.

That's the one... the resources are all locked, but it will take from other locked resources in single player, but not in PBEM... different behaviour. I will try to come up with some comparison screenies for you...

I've put this on my list of things to investigate. This screen really doesn't know whether or not you're in a PBEM game, but there may be something with labor allocation that is PBEM specific...

Thanks.
