Since this appears not to have made it into the patch list for 1.1

can we please add Sveaborg to the Relationship matrix so it can be hotlisted like every other country? It is missing.

edit: based on Erik's list of July 28... if it is there, but too small a change to note then I thank you for adding it.

Sveaborg is not capable of having troops of its own in COG, so it is never listed on the relations matrix. In that, it is similar to Illyria, and to what some games might call 'home nation provinces'. The relations matrix only lists countries that could have troops of their own in the game (about 89 of them, as opposed to 174 provinces). [I did a bit of testing of this list, and did find a couple of discrepancies, but this ain't one of them.] So, sorry, but I don't think he'll do it.

FWIW, when during the game a minor country (meaning a place that can have troops of its own) is a protectorate of another minor country, the first minor country is not listed on the relationships matrix - presumably to prevent you trying to change your relationship with it seperately. I think this is dynamic - if they get seperated, the minor country goes back on the list.

I just like to hotlist it to see if anyone is doing something there per the manual 8.4.1... didn't care if it could make troops or not...

I wasn't very clear - things that can't make troops can't get influenced or anything - they always belong to a larger political entity (Finland?)
